Who we are

UIOP Marketing helps businesses manage their company communications and customer relations. We take care of the practical side of keeping businesses connected to their audiences — the planning, the writing, the sending, and the measuring — so our clients can stay focused on running their business.

We work with growing companies across a range of industries. Most come to us with the same problem: they know they should be communicating with their customers more consistently, but the day-to-day never leaves room for it. We make it leave room.

What we believe

Good customer communication isn't about sending more — it's about sending well. A message that's clear, expected, and easy to act on builds trust. A message that's noisy or careless spends it. Everything we run is built to stay on the right side of that line.

How we work with clients

Every engagement starts with a conversation about the business, its customers, and what "staying in touch" should actually look like. From there we build a communications plan, set up the lists and templates, and take over the recurring work. Clients stay in control of the message; we take care of getting it out the door.
